Welcome to Syntriva. These Terms of Service govern your use of our AI implementation services and workflow setup offerings. By using Syntriva's services, you agree to these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Scope
Syntriva provides AI implementation and workflow setup services designed to enhance operational efficiency. These services may include consultation, customization, system integration, and ongoing support.
3. User Obligations
Clients must provide accurate information when engaging our services and cooperate fully to enable timely and effective delivery.
4. Payment Terms
All fees for services rendered are outlined in the respective service agreement. Payments must be completed as specified to initiate or continue service delivery.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Services
For AI implementation and workflow setup services, Syntriva offers limited refund options due to the bespoke and resource-intensive nature of the engagement. Refunds are only considered in cases where Syntriva fails to deliver the agreed services as specified in the contract.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method within 30 business days. Alternatively, clients may request to reschedule or transfer the service delivery to a future date without additional fees, subject to mutual agreement.
No refunds will be issued for services that have been fully delivered or others declined by the client after the service commencement.
5.2 Informational Products
For digital informational products provided by Syntriva, customers may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if the product remains unopened and unused. Refunds are processed through the original payment channel within 14 days after approval.
5.3 Physical Goods
Syntriva currently does not offer physical products.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights arising from the services remain the property of Syntriva unless otherwise stipulated in the agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
Syntriva is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services.
